Shipping/Returns

SHIPPING

All shipping is free worldwide except Canvas and framed art. The shipping prices on Canvas and framed art depends on, product, destination and size. You will be given a total for shipping on these items at checkout. 

Shipping times depend on product, location and production needs. You will be given more information at check out. Orders are processed and fulfilled in 3-5 days. Once this has happened you will receive an email that your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package at this time. 

RETURN POLICY

Please check your order when you receive it, to ensure you are satisfied. Returns are allowed up to 30 days after you receive your package. Items must be unworn/unused to be returned unless defective. 

If you would like to return an item,  email otterspacedesignsinfo@gmail.com and title the email "returns". In the email please include, reason for return, whether you would like a refund or an exchange, your name and order number and photos if there is damage or order error. Including this information will ensure you will receive your refund/exchange as quickly as possible.

You will receive a response email within 24-48 hours. Once your return is accepted you will receive instructions on how to return the product and how to receive your exchange/refund.  

CANCELLATIONS

Once ordered I am unable to provide cancellations.
